Here is a testimonial from Joe Apfelbaum, CEO of online marketing company Ajax Union. Annual cost for Salesforce was $1600.

It just creates a two-tier sort of system that doesnt do anyone any favors. Will need to develop a system for classifying, organizing, "marking up" learning content. Then move to mobile application, etc. AJAX--way for web page to "talk to server without having to reload itself." Evolving ISD.
