If you don’t have them already, setup a Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools accounts. Google XML Sitemap – Automatically creates an XML sitemap that you can submit to Google Webmaster Tools. On your old blog go to Tools -> Export and export all of your blog posts. Have a Drink. Do this right away.
