Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, aggregators, and anywhere your feed was being republished through. Send out Tweets, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. After you have everything done, redirected, setup, changed, and forms submitted you need to go and update your blog and your blog’s feed on all of your social profiles.
