You might be surprised to see what your aggregated message looks like. Pay attention to who is listening to the negative comment. Look at all of your messaging over a period of time using something like Wordle to show you what words you’re using the most. Is the overall perception positive? Is it generating buzz or.

How many times did you have to contact them before you could talk business? Now multiply that by how many individuals you want at the top of your sales funnel this week.
