No, You Can't Automate Social Media!

If I wanted to shout it out, I’d buy a billboard over the Strip in Las Vegas. In the same line, I really think that automated anything (sentiment, response, analysis) is a wrong paradigm for social. Sentiment is really hard to analyze. Aggregator sites are evil. Here is a post I wrote on that topic.
