I also received some feedback from Danny Chapman who decided to try some “Viral Nova” style advertising on Facebook. I know that is not what he is attempting to do but I can easily see Google banning him for this if they catch on. Here’s the fact I see in Quantcast: They’re coming back.

I of course like seeing the traffic go up, but I’m more focused on building a community than seeing some nice spikes in my Google Analytics account. If you want to outrank me in Google for phrases that send me traffic then feel free. Compete and Quantcast should have some information for you if the sites are of a decent size.
