Brand24 is a social media monitoring tool that allows you to track mentions about your brand, or your competition, across social media channels, blogs, forums, photo sites, etc. It monitors news, blogs, and discussions for keywords that you specify. You do need a Google AdWords account but that doesn’t force you to advertise.
