In addition posts to the trending topics attract more spam than almost anything else on Twitter. If they’ve got a Twitter user name share it when you post about it.

The quick link or the witty comment shared on Twitter has the shelf life of maybe a couple of minutes before it’s buried in the Twitter stream.
