Actively pursue users, followers and engage in conversations, even if it doesn’t directly relate to your product or service. All three offerings give you the standard message board fare from profiles, to avatars, to point systems to reward frequent users. That makes it “inexpensive&# – rather than spending millions, companies can spend thousands (or even, just hundreds) to achieve similar results… The activity needed to maintain a successful social media presence is and should be part of any company’s marketing plan. The structure is more important than the numbers.
