Apple Deletes Over 500 Domain Names

Apple has deleted over 500 domain names this week, and decided not to renew these domain names. Most of these domain names were registered by Apple exactly one year ago, and after coming up for renewal they have not renewed them. Name Server(s) NSERVER.APPLE.COM (has 2,449 domains).

Google Announces Calico, Registers GoogleCalico.com

Larry Page and Google recently announced the formation of a new company, called Calico. What’s interesting to note here is that Oracle owns the domain name Calico.com. and Google just registered the domain name GoogleCalico.com on September 18, 2013, the same day as the announcement.
