Twitter and DMCA violations

With a little research , I found tweets back to 2012 and this post by Gigaom about this message from @Mikko in 2012. While there’s no question that Plagiarism IS bad, Twitter has been responding to DMCA violations for a long time. So this isn’t new at all, but you should pay attention anyway.

The product is the service they sell, and not their users. There are no advertisers, instead users pay a nominal fee to get access.
