What the iPhone is to smart phones, flash mobs are to marketing. Keeping the IBM flash mob in square focus, while IBM was one of the first technology firms to champion the idea in India, using social media ( Twitter ) has only helped to further the reach of this effort. Do you think others are going to follow suit?

I'm not very good at Twitter. I'm not good at thanking all of the people who say kind things about me and I'm probably a little worse at responding to every question simply because when I finally get around to it, I feel like the Twitter feed has moved on. Twitter is not Facebook. I understand it. Think about it this way.

But ATTFPR’s Twitter stream is hilarious. I became a victim of AT&T upon the release of the original iPhone in June 2007. You’ve been using Twitter quite delightfully to poke fun at AT&T’s wireless service. I have no experience of, and no beef with, AT&T. Apparently he’s a taxidermist.
