The study is the Global Social Media Check Up 2011, which is an annual study investigating big companies’ presence on social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, blogs etc. In relation to the social network Facebook, the study shows that 74 % of the companies allow users who “like” their page to comment on the Facebook wall.
