The study is the Global Social Media Check Up 2011, which is an annual study investigating big companies’ presence on social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, blogs etc. In Europe, 59 % of the involved companies allow stakeholders to post content on the wall, while 51 % engage in dialogue with “likers”.
