It seems to be the most polished while also offering everything I need in addition to future options like API integration. My website was started in 2011. AI Engine is a WordPress plugin, and I was running into too many bugs (could have been plugin conflicts) that created frustration. Ultimately, I’m going with Chatbase.

The problem with social media marketing today is… that implementation varies across the web for each brand that wants to integrate social into their business.

Obviously, this is a limitation of API’s but I wish the information could be tailored to the audience based on tags and categories.
