Selective Tweets or only posting certain tweets to FB via Tweetdeck etc is a great way to integrate but not alienate. Some use only Facebook, some use only Twitter, and (in the music realm) some use only MySpace. I agree these types of people should be told they are ridiculous or unfriended.

And More… Although I’m not using it presently, you can also configure your NutshellMail to include Linkedin and MySpace content, as well as updates from the Ning groups of which you are a member.
