Its much more cost effective for the mid size company who doesn't have a giant budget or the customer base on Twitter. I think Facebook pages are a tool that are not given enough credit right now. Sometimes you can post YouTube video links on the fan page wall and have the small video screen box appear, and sometimes, it appears as a black link. One day I tried to post a YouTube link on a wall, and it took 5 times before it posted right. I made multiple attempts to contact Facebook in October of 2009 to no avail.
