Twitter Opens Up Full Archive of Tweets

Twitter has opened up the full archive of Tweets, going back to 2006, via their premium full-archive search endpoint, for developers. This new endpoint on the premium Search Tweets API provides access to every public Tweet currently on Twitter, all the way back to @jack’s first Tweet in 2006. What does that mean?
