Tweet. Recently, the new social networking photo sharing app called Color was launched. After only 24 hours, Color already had hundred of articles dedicated to it – and still it’s gaining a lot of attention, but also criticism. However, a part of this might be caused by the fact that the company received $41 million in pre-launch venture funding from Sequoia Capital, Bain Capital and Silicon Valley Bank.
