Facebook Live Getting Two-Person Remote Broadcasts, Pre-Scheduled Streams, MSQRD Masks/Effects

Facebook used VidCon  in Anaheim, Calif., to announce three upcoming updates to its Facebook Live  live-video-streaming feature. Fitz Tepper of TechCrunch  reported that the social network will soon debut two-person remote broadcasts, prescheduled streams and the addition of masks and effects from recent acquisition MSQRD. Facebook will add the ability for Facebook Live users to add a second participant in a different location to their streams, Tepper reported, adding that verified pages  will get the first crack at this new feature later this summer, with other users to follow.
