Twitter Tests New Location for Tweet Composer in iOS App

Twitter is testing a tweak in its iOS application in which the tweet composer appears atop users’ timelines.
A spokesperson for Twitter confirmed the test to Karissa Bell of Mashable, saying:
We want to make it easy for anyone to tweet. To that end, we’re experimenting with ways to make the tweet compose bar easier to access on Twitter for iOS, similar to the experience on Twitter.com.
According to Bell, the tweet composer and camera icon appear at the top of users’ timelines, allowing them to tweet and add photos, videos and live streams, but users who wish to tweet with polls, GIFs and location information must still use the tweet button in the top-right-hand corner of the app.
